Contact

There will be a number of ways one will be able to contact FSP Autos. There will be email, web address, social networks, and telephone. All of these options will have advantages, and disadvantages that would make one more desirable than others. The following will be options for a current owner, and prospective customer will have.

Email

When contacting FSP Autos for general questions, one could write to ce@fsp.autos. They will get a reply from an address that starts with cs, but the UID will have a 5 digit number appended to cs. For example, one might get an email from cs15203@fsp.autotos. When carrying on a conversation for the inquiry, the customer can write to the same person and not have to worry about the need to repeat themselves.

Web Address

Going to https://fsp.autos will take the visitor to the main site of FSP Autos. Each model will have their own sub-domain which they can see all of the relevant information for that model of vehicle. This makes it much easier to find the model. For example, to view the Pickup model, one might got to https://pickup.fsp.autos. They can also have a chat with a sales representative by going to https://fsp.autos/cs. This direct and simple layout will provide a friendly site where one can visit, and learn why FSP Autos might be their best electric vehicle choice.

Social Networks

While I am personally not a fan of social networks, I will have a team of networkers which will engage with followers, and be helpful in general. The goal will be to try to get the name of fsp-autos as the UID, and that would hopefully be worth the URL that would come about. The networks that FSP Autos will join will include Facebook, Instagram, and X. In addition, there will be a dedicated YouTube Channel to show off the models, and learn how to use the various capabilities, and features of the automobiles.

Telephone

I will seek a domestic toll-free number, and a Pittsburgh local number. In each scenario, the last 7 digits will be 377-2886. By having 2 telephone numbers, I can provide an easy to remember telephone number as it spells FSP Auto on the US telephone keypad. Since there will be a Pittsburgh local number, and a toll-free number, the customer can reach customer service from their telephone. Keep in mind, that if your cellular phone has a limited minute plan, the minutes count against you even when calling a toll-free number. This should be illegal, but it is not.
